Since signing up to be a Citizen of Garvey Nation, I realize I am HOME, protected by a Nation that provides me everything I need! I have met so many positive Brothers and Sisters here, I participate in daily activities. I am learning the geography of Afrika, and so much more. Every day. 24/7! It have changed my world!!!

I absolutely love Garvey Nation! The words and images are beautiful. The interactive activities are fun, informative and reinforces the content. It is exciting to see, learn and remember the beauty of our people. It is re-constructing our thoughts of what it is to be Afrikan. The daily content is refreshing and brain-cleansing. It is re-normalizing what it is to be Afrikan, returning to our origin of self.

I have now been a Citizen at Garvey Nation for a year and three months. Initially, I did not engage myself with the mission of Garvey Nation. I just focused on purchasing my monthly order. However, within the last couple of months, I have learned so much about how important it is for us to have our own!

Wow, this practice of nation building daily goals is quite empowering. I usually don't comment or give feedback to anyone in writing because it gives a permeant record, and my words can be taken out of context. I am, however, more able to share my feedback when it is something close to my heart. The activity within this website has made me feel more knowledgeable, creative, committed and disciplined. What I really love about the Garvey Nation is that it has an Online Community where they always have something positive to say about our people as a whole, or individually. You can always come to this website and see how great our people are in the past, present, and future.

Brothers and Sisters, I am enjoying the Garvey Nation community!

As of today, August 5th, I have climbed another rung of the ladder with Garvey Nation. I'm proud to claim "SUPERSTAR" status, within Garvey Nation, today! While there are still several rungs of the ladder to climb, I'm feeling as if I'd won an Oscar or an Emmy Award!

It was my first goal, when I began with Garvey Nation... and I'm THERE! On to the next level...and beyond! Big " THANKS" to my brother, Brian Lewis, who " twisted my arm" ( ever so gently) to join the Citizens of Garvey Nation!!
