Ability to change lives
Whoooo hoooo! Who get's it! We gotta tear down the walls baby lol! I love this guy, Delxino! He is the best by far teacher I've ever witnessed. He makes sure you get's it and it inspires you to get out there and become a leader by also helping your community! I love todays video!
This brother has paid his dues! He is a true leader in every since of the word. His message of Leadership for Black people is intelligent, on point, necessary and effective! Watch out world, here we come! ❤️✊🏾💚🔥💯
Leadership is found in everyone, it's manifest itself when needed or when it's called for, and there are some followers that are leaders in their own way.
The power of leadership we can and will do this, thank you Brother Delxino for sharing!
"You demand a new leadership! A leadership that will not give up when the hour seems dark,... a leader that will start and continue the journey until victory perches upon the banner of the red, the black and the green." ~Marcus Garvey
I am inspired all over again after hearing brother Delxino break down what it takes to become a LEADER!!!!
“A leader is a person who is good at getting the other people to excel!”
Delxino Wilson DeBriano
If anybody knows how to produce this, he is the guy!
Oooh Wee I am so inspired by this message from brother Delxino he breaks down the true definition of leadership!
This is such an inspiring video! Leadership! Delxino is the perfect person to teach it!!
Absolute Truth brotha Delxino!
Leaders are able to handle/lead others towards getting them to produce. Leaders excercise handling great responsibility of developing others on their team.
Once that's accomplished, the next level for the leader is duplication...of His/Her leadership. Once that's accomplished, then the "Nation" will begin to grow & expand towards more & more leaders...working their proven system for success....
Blessings,
Excellent!
Brother Delxino is a great inspiration leader who models what he teaches!
Brother Delxino knows his ASSIGNMENT!
This is leadership at its best driving organizational success inTag Team!
I love the concept that productive leadership is the leaders ability to teach their team the qualities of leadership that will positively change their lives and the people they influence.
A profound perspective, indeed. A true Leader is determined by the number of sales and recruits one has, but by the number of Leaders that are developed under their leadership.
Leadership can be productive and successful ❤️
This is the most profound perspective on leadership I’ve ever heard! In this powerful teaching , Brother Delxino brings to us the definition of true leadership, what it entails and how WE can be leaders too if we’re really ready to get to work! This video can be used as our blueprint for success! Thank you, Brother Delxino —an inspirational leader!
I agree Sister Vanessa! i loved that Brother Delxino qualified the characteristics of a leader. A leader can take a team beyond what they can do by themselves. i am grateful for the TAG TEAM training opportunities.
Very important lesson on the qualities of a leader. A leader in TAG TEAM can help any Black person succeed, if they want to succeed. There is a difference between a leader and a recruiter. A leader inspires, develops other leaders.
This video was powerful, it expressed the concept of true leadership through the power of of empowering others, my success is evident through my successors.
Never heard this before, a leader is someone who helps other Black people be successful and productive. Love it!!
Great lesson on the difference between a leader and a recruiter. We need to develop our leadership skills to push our vision forward with speed and sustainability.
Very inspirational.Serious training vedio!
I have never heard this type of teaching, Leadership!!
It’s okay to be a producer but the ultimate win is to be a leader who leads other to greatness. That’s what Delxino is talking about and being about. Right on!
A leader doesnt just lead, he inspires others to lead.
Brother Delxino is teaching us the power of duplication right here! As a leader, your ultimate goal is to produce people that can do what you do well, if not even better!!! It makes perfect sense to me!
Great message in leadership
tk you brother i want to make a million yes indeed!
Thank you Brother Delxino for sharing the.characteristics of good leadership which includes being responsible for others, teaching others, offering opportunities to others to learn, practice and implement the desired behaviors to accomplish goals successfully.
Brother Delxino, you model leasership behavior daily. The citizens of Garvey Nation appreciate you and Queen Debbie.l
"you can judge the success of the leader by how good the members of the team do" is the truth!
I feel you Sir. I plan to implement everything you have taught this far.
Thank you.

Leaders accept responsibilities, teach, train, empower others with skills, have the ability to influence others to believe in the idea of buying is the solution of our economic dilemma
"When you go to the cinema and you see the glorification of others in the pictures, don't accept it... organize your propaganda to that effect.... show your own motion pictures."
A great leader produce great leaders!✊🏾🤎
