TAG TEAM Marketing PoliciesBelow are the rules governing purchasing from TAG TEAM Marketing International, Inc. (hereby referred to as "TAG TEAM Marketing")

Limit Of Liability

TAG TEAM Marketing operates Garvey Nation. Parties other than TAG TEAM Marketing sell products and services through Garvey Nation. If you purchase any of the products or services offered by these businesses or individuals, you are purchasing directly from those third parties, not from TAG TEAM Marketing. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant, the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals (including the content of their profiles). TAG TEAM Marketing does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. By purchasing any product from this website, over the phone, by order form, an event, from one of our distributors, or any other means, you agree that you are purchasing at your own risk and that TAG TEAM Marketing shall not be held liable in a criminal or civil suit for any harm that may arise from the use of these products or services.

Returns

  • Consumable products (including skincare, bath & body, personal care, nutritional, health & wellness, haircare and food products) including Motherland's Gold Moringa, Ebony Secret, soaps, shea butters, cosmetics, etc., are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
  • CDs and DVDs are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Supplier memberships, TAG TEAM Marketing Business Opportunity distributorships and TAG TEAM University memberships are refundable within three business days of the date of enrollment. Monthly service charges for memberships are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Event registrations, TAG TEAM University courses and seminars, TAG TEAM TV On-Demand Videos, Video Subscriptions and live broadcast events are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Vending spaces at events are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Customers who purchase TAG TEAM University memberships or courses, TAG TEAM TV videos or subscriptions, Supplier memberships or other programs or products on an installment plan, are agreeing to a full term contract, i.e. 1-year term. All installments must be paid in full, regardless of use or participation, and are not cancellable, refundable or exchangeable.
  • All packages / merchandise returned to TAG TEAM Marketing for any reason other than a mistake by the staff of TAG TEAM Marketing must be claimed and resolved within 60 days of original ship date. All items not claimed and resolved after this date will be considered abandoned and unwanted by the customer. NO refunds or exchanges will be available after the 60 days.

TAG TEAM Marketing will credit your payment for returned merchandise (clothing, accessories, etc.):

  1. If the merchandise is received by TAG TEAM Marketing within 21 days of the shipping date, and
  2. The returned item is undamaged, unopened (still in its original plastic wrap), and unused.

Items must be returned to the address at the bottom of this page. Also include a note with the reason for your return and your original order number.

Please allow up to 30 days for returns to be processed. We will notify you via email of your credit or exchange. If you paid by cash, check or money order, TAG TEAM Marketing will mail you a check. If you paid by credit card, you will receive a credit to that card account.

Wrong Merchandise

TAG TEAM Marketing will exchange merchandise that was erroneously shipped to you for the correct item or will credit your payment:

  1. If the item is received by TAG TEAM Marketing within 21 days of the shipping date and
  2. The returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in its original plastic wrap).

* You will not be charged a restocking fee for wrongly shipped merchandise.

Defective Items

TAG TEAM Marketing will exchange defective merchandise for another of the same item, or will credit your payment:

  1. If the item is received by the TAG TEAM Store within 21 days of the shipping date, and
  2. The item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents.

* You will not be charged a restocking fee for replacement of defective items.

Undeliverable Merchandise

TAG TEAM Marketing may charge you an additional shipping and handling fee for order shipments that are returned to us because:

  1. Order undeliverable due to an incomplete / wrong / illegible address provided during order.
  2. Order undeliverable for any reason including customer not home to receive merchandise, did not claim order, refused order, provided wrong or incomplete delivery address, etc.

You will not be charged an additional fees if an address error was made by TAG TEAM Marketing staff.

Past Due Debts

If your TAG TEAM Account has a past due balance for some reason (for instance, a past due balance on a membership program), TAG TEAM Marketing reserves the right to apply the monies paid during your order to your past due balance to settle your account, which may result in your order being held for additional payment or cancelled altogether. TAG TEAM Marketing also reserves the right to use any payment method in your account to settle your past due balance.

Citizen Orders

In the event that one or more of the items in your monthly Citizen Order is out of stock or not available at the time of your monthly order, TAG TEAM Marketing reserves the right to substitute a similar item in your Citizen Order. If the replacement item does not meet your liking, you may return it within 14 days.

If your credit card declines for some reason on the specified day of your monthly Citizen Order, TAG TEAM Marketing will continue to attempt to charge your credit card for your monthly Citizen Order on subsequent days.

TAG TEAM Marketing also reserves the right to cancel your Citizen Order for any reason, including; your product(s) no longer being available and no replacement product available or your credit card declining for an extended period of time.

If you wish to cancel your Citizen Order, you must log into this website, go to Your Account section, click on your Citizen Order, cancel online and follow the instructions.

Mailing Address

When returning a product, TAG TEAM Marketing recommends that you ship your returned items via an insured carrier. TAG TEAM Marketing is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Include a note inside your package with your name and order number, and ship your returned items to:
