Usually, I am so restless at night that it takes me three hours to get to sleep. So I tried Nature's Scents of Harmony Relaxation Mist. I have a blanket under me and over me, so I sprayed it under the blanket under me. I didn't do anything different with my getting-to-bed routine, thus I stared at my phone for an hour while lying down, which is sure to prevent me even more from getting to sleep. I was actively trying to counter the effects of the Relaxation Mist to test its potency. But for the hour I was staring at my phone, I was fighting sleep for the entire time!
