I purchased the Leadership for Black People 6-CD Audio Series by Delxino Wilson de Briano. As much motivational resources I surround myself with, it dawned on me listening to Brother Delxino that we have to keep it going. It is a great listen... power-packed, informational, witty, comical,... just plain out inspiring. It reminded me that when it seems difficult to get the go going, plug in a tape.

The training offered on the tape for your group, if you have a group, is valuable applied to any business interest you have. I am now keeping the tapes in my vehicle so when I am driving I have focused attention to every word. Thank you so much.

Leadership for Black People CD Series By Delxino Wilson de Briano is amazing! The powerful message on these CDs is 100% Black! These CDs are so life changing that each time I listen to them, I get more out of them!!

When I need to go on a rocket ride and get inspired, I just listen to one of the 6 CDs. My favorite is CD #2 Characteristics Of A Leader!!! OMG, it is so amazing!!  These CDs have touched every part of my soul.

My two teenagers (16 and 18 years old) are usually home when I listen to my Leadership for Black People CD's. Most times, they are not even in the same room with me, but they are listening too...

My 16 year old son used to be so very shy. I truly believe that the Leadership for Black People CD's have helped boost his sefl-confidence tremendously.  He learned how to play the piano a few years ago and would never ever play in front of anyone outside of the small recitals at the music school.  After listening to the Leadership for Black People CD series he started playing the piano at our church on youth day.  Now he will be starting a paid job, playing for a different church once a month!  My 18 yr old daughter is now also playing her guitar in public.  

After having six children I always believed in building the self-confidence of my children and letting them know that they were loved and very special.  These CD's provided me with additional information to help me as a parent to help show my children they can achieve more!  Thank you for this powerful information.

I have a 6 year old daughter who was born 4 months premature. It was told to me when she entered Kindergarden that the possibility of her ever being able to read, write or even to spell her name was very slim. They even said she wouldn't be able to learn her colors. They stated that she was not mentally retarded but that she had a severe learning disability. That did not set well with me. I knew there was something that could help her.

The first thing that I did was get LEADERSHIP FOR BLACK PEOPLE tape series. We drilled every morning before she went to school. Your a Winner! Your a Champion ! Your Awesome! Your the One! You can learn to spell! You can learn to write! You can learn to read! We did that every day with the series. She began to believe in herself.

At the end of May she was retested and she went past the minimum requirements to become a 1st grader! She is spelling, writing, knows her colors and she is reading. Thank you Delxino!

Wow, it is so exciting to see lives changed, people transformed, and lives saved when we apply what we have invested in "TAG TEAM." We have the Leadership for Black People CD's which are so valuable and powerful in our home. As Debbie Wilson de Briano states in the "X" video, 'When applied, it works!'"

There are so many success stories out there. I listen to my TAG TEAM family talk everyday and the stories bring out emotions that refresh my spirit. I apply TAG TEAM at work and home everyday. Let me tell you so many people are blessed because I share this system with every Black person I know. When I listen to my 13-year old son speak, it is now an expectation for him to hear TAG TEAM.

A friend purchased the CD's and told me that he was going to use the information in his church. He is so excited which makes me excited that we can offer to the Black community the solution that will DESTROY JIM CROW.

My entire family listened to the Leadership for Black People Tape Series and we apply the techniques taught in our home.

One night after a long day, I was feeling worn. My husband told my 4-year old son to come over to me and tell me I was a Champion. My son walked over to me and said "Mommy, say I'm a Champion!" I said, "I'm a Champion." Then, he went on to say, "Say I'm a Winner, I'm the best of the best, I can do Anything!" With each affirmation, you could see his tone raise even higher. Then he looked at me with the prettiest brown eyes and said "I love you." and gave me a big hug!

Delxino and Debbie there are not enough words, money, or gifts to thank you for all that you have done for me. I have gone through so much and when I am at my worst I think about all the positive you have helped instill in us because of the TAG TEAM System that you two have created. My children called me to remind me and they said, "Hey mommy remember what Delxino said 'YOU'RE ARE A CHAMPION, A WINNER, AND THE BEST OF THE BEST'". Some people may not realize or know what that feels like coming from a 6, 9, and 11 year old. It is touching and feels GREAT!!

I have been listening to your CDs and used the Team Building affirmations with my students who were put together to fundraise.  When we see one another in the hall and in class, we shout out affirmations to one another.  It's GREAT to hear "You're A Champion" or "Ms. Bragg, I'm A Winner" rather than some other things they have been known to say.  Thanks again.
