I listened to the Your Success Is Not An Option CD.  Very, very powerful and truthful.  What Debbie said was very powerful and as true today as it was a few years ago when she gave the speech.  You don't need anyone's permission to move your life forward, and I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't understand that message.  It made me so much sense.
